Lenti-ONE tRFP carries the transgene turbo red fluorescent protein (artificial sequence derived from sea anemone Entacmaea quadricolor, KT358727.1, 693 pb). Its expression can be assessed by fluorescent microscopy or by flow cytometry, thus giving valuable informations about the transduction efficiency of the vector.
